In order to qualify as a member, an applicant must demonstrate the following requirements for membership:

REQUIREMENTS FOR MEMBERSHIP

Be a sitting GC or CLO, other lawyer with high-level in-house responsibility; or in transition from a recent position in one of those groups
Be licensed and in good standing as an attorney in at least one state
Have a heart for servant leadership and be willing to assist fellow members in finding new positions and addressing day-to-day in-house legal challenges
Be of high moral and ethical character

Membership is determined exclusively by the Steering Committee of GC Netweavers at its discretion.

Regular attendance at meetings, generally on the third Thursday of each month
Network with other members
Participate in round-table discussions, sharing best practices and other expertise
Share job leads that the member chooses not to pursue personally
Introduce other qualified potential members to the group
Be willing to give back to the group by serving on the Steering or Programs Committee
Continue to participate after securing a new position
Share potential members with Steering Committee Members to ensure invitations to the meetings
