Although not intending to create a legally enforceable obligation or
contract, by executing below I hereby certify that:
A. I wish to apply for membership in GC Netweavers although I
understand that membership is by invitation only.
B. I have read and agree with the Mission Statement for GC
Netweavers and, as such I will try to:
1. actively network with other members of GC Netweavers in order
to gain the knowledge that can be used to assist other members;
2. shares job opportunities (e.g., available GC, law firm, board,
committee positions) in which I am not personally interested;
3. introduce other members into my network where common
interests may exist;
4. share job search and interview techniques; and
5. share best practices and other successful strategies that may
be of interest to GCs.
C. I will keep the following information reasonably confidential:
1. private information I learn about other GC Netweavers and their
individual career and networking opportunities;
2. job opportunities shared with members of GC Netweavers; and
3. other information learned while I am a member that would
reasonably be expected by the disclosing party to be confidential,
personal or sensitive.
D. I believe that sharing networks and information creates value
not only for members, but also for me, my network and my employer.
E. I agree to be bound by and adhere to the Rules of Membership
which have been determined by the Executive Committee of GC
Netweavers, as such rules may be amended from time to time
hereafter.
