A Dallas-based networking group for
sitting and transitioning general
counsel.

Who we are:

We are a not for profit organization located in
Dallas, Texas that exists to assist its
members with opportunities to:

*  network with other general counsel;

*  transition into a new GC role; and/or

*  locate suitable Board, Advisory Board or
Committee                 roles.

Benefits of Membership:

Applicants who are
accepted into
membership will be
invited to monthly
meetings to:

*  network with other
GCs; and

*  share experiences
regarding career
transitions, leads,         
        strategies and
contacts.

Members also
communicate via a
password protected
user group to discuss
"hot opportunities" and
other relevant topics
between monthly
meetings.  GC
Netweavers is a not for
profit organization and
no dues are currently
required of its
members.

Meetings of the
membership are held
the third Thursday of
every month from 7.30
a.m. until 9.00 a.m. at
a location disclosed to
members only.  

Although GC
Netweavers is
dependent upon the
support of a number of
organizations known
as "Outweavers",
attendance at the
meetings is strictly by
invitation only.
